The installation process is slightly different relative to your type of smartphone (iOS or Android). Please note that you first have to activate your account before you can use the training app. If you haven't activated your account yet please follow the instructions in the email sent to you upon registration. If you don't have access to the email anymore, please read this article to get a new one.
The app can be easily installed from the Apple or Google Play Store. The following information will help you to find the app in the relative store.
- Apple iOS: Search for "Trainerize" in the Apple App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fitness-app-by-trainerize/id516851502).
- Google Android: Search for "MYA Personal Training" in the Google Play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.trainerize.myapersonaltraining).
Upon the first start, iOS users will receive an information that the app icon has changed. This happens due to some limitations with the Apple App Store and the way the training app is provided from our developers. This only happens the first time you sing into the training app.
